OUR TERMS OF USE

1. Staying in hammam is recommended for 15′ – 30 ′ minutes. The company advises elderly people and those with serious health problems to obtain their doctor's approval before using the Ηammam. Pregnant women and individuals with heart problems, hypertension, hypotension, thrombosis, epilepsy, or other serious illnesses are advised to avoid using the Ηammam. Customers should disclose any medical health problems when booking their appointment. If customers feel unwell during their visit, they should inform the staff immediately so that their program can be stopped or modified. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before using the Ηammam and inform the company of their pregnancy.

2. Everyone who has salt peeling appointments should avoid shaving before their treatments. If you are sunburnt, avoid treatments that include a peeling application. Men are advised to shave before enjoying a facial to ensure maximum skin nourishment and efficacy of the treatment.

3. Feel free to communicate with our masseurs during your treatment to express any discomfort or pain you may experience. The masseurs can adjust the treatment accordingly to meet your needs and preferences.

4. Exercise caution and limit your movement in wet areas due to the slippery surfaces. The company provides non-slip flip flops for customers to wear in these areas.

5. We provide locker rooms and cupboards for customers to store their clothes and belongings, but we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft. Avoid bringing or leaving valuable items in your cupboards and keep the locker keys with you at all times. Do not forget to return your keys to the front desk upon leaving.

6. Please do not expose your body unnecessarily. Nudism is not allowed. Always wear your swimsuit or, if you do not have, the disposable underwear, will be available. Our masseurs are trained to ensure that your body is adequately covered and exposed only when you receive treatment. We encourage you to remove jewelry and make-up before treatment. We offer non-slip flip flops and towels for the treatments, which are washed and cleaned after each use.

7. Prohibited:

All the above for safety and hygiene reasons.

8. De Buddha Spa is a place of relaxation, so we do ask you to turn off or mute your cell phones in the changing rooms and speak quietly. This will help create a more peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone.

9. Please always respect the staff and the other clients of the spa.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. The company has the right to change or discontinue any service or activity, including its operating hours, without notifying customers beforehand. The services are available on the company's website, along with any current promotions or discounts.

2. All services are by appointment only, and last-minute bookings or walk-ins are subject to availability. Group bookings and special events should be scheduled in advance. The company may require a deposit to guarantee the appointment, and customers should be aware of the cancellation policy.

3. Services are paid in full before they are provided. Customers should arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment, and all visitors must complete a customer form. Late arrivals may not be able to receive an extension of their treatment time, and delaying the appointment may result in reduced treatment time without reducing the cost.

Cancellation Policy:

The company requires at least 5-6 hours' notice for cancellations so that you can rebook your appointments. All appointments are pre-paid and non-refundable.
